Your Endless Diamond® Embrace piece is guaranteed by our lifetime warranty. The Endless Diamond® Embrace Lifetime Warranty guarantees all Endless Diamond® Embrace products from diamond loss resulting from defects in original workmanship.
The Lifetime Warranty provides you with yearly inspection including cleaning and tightening from an Authorized Retailer. Any damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use or unauthorized repairs by someone other than an Authorized Retailer of Fantasy Diamond® Corporation voids this warranty.
Endless Diamond® Embrace Jewelry Warranty is a lifetime warranty on all your Endless Diamond® Embrace jewelry purchased from one of our authorized retailers. This lifetime warranty covers all diamond loss resulting from defects in original workmanship but it does not cover neglect or abuse. Periodic inspection of your jewelry purchase is the best way to safeguard against any potential problems. Endless Diamond® Embrace Authorized Retailers gladly provide free inspections of all Endless Diamond® Embrace products. Regular upkeep of your jewelry is required to maintain your warranty. This includes paying for any normal repairs required due to wear, damage or abuse. To have your Endless Diamond® Embrace jewelry cleaned and inspected, you can take your Endless Diamond® Embrace product to an authorized jeweler or you can send your item to Fantasy Diamond® (for a nominal fee and shipping changes). To send into Fantasy Diamond®, please box up your Endless Diamond® Embrace item(s) wrapping each piece securely and send it to us via UPS or Postal Service registered/insured mail with a copy of your receipt and instructions to:

To ensure that your item will be properly received, please call 800-621-4445 to speak with a customer service professional to obtain a warranty repair number. This number must be written on the outside of the box for proper handling once received at Fantasy Diamond.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS
The Endless Diamond® Embrace Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover the following items:
1. Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged or worn out prongs, Fantasy Diamond® Corporation is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. The jewelry was neglected and abused and therefore the warranty becomes void.
2. If a non-authorized jeweler performs any repair work on an item purchased from an authorized Endless Diamond® Embrace retailer, Fantasy Diamond® will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the lifetime warranty becomes null and void.
